We are all different and have individual goals and needs, which is why I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all strategy, whether it's about losing weight, building strength, endurance or just wanting to start living a healthier life.
Goal
My aim is to empower you to incorporate physical activity and healthy eating into your lifestyle, helping you to become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. If you are open to new ideas and are willing to follow the guidelines, I have no doubt that you will achieve your goals.
My history
It all started when I was 14 years old. I decided I was too fat and started to follow all sorts of diets, detoxes, fasting, exercising 2-3 times a day, giving up certain foods or even food groups. Did it help me to get rid of unnecessary kilos? Yes. Was it a health-friendly way? Definitely not. When I went back to my old habits, the kilos I had lost came back, and then some.
I was already struggling with emotional eating and overeating episodes when I was at university. My weight grew like crazy, until I reached the tipping point - 92kg. The old me would have taken drastic weight loss measures, but the knowledge I gained at university about healthy eating, physical activity and stress control prevented me from returning to harmful habits.
Thanks to a science-based dietary strategy, physical activity and stress management, my life has been transformed. No more fasting, no more giving up foods or food groups. I ate what I wanted and what I really liked. But that doesn't mean that I ate chips, sweets, ice cream and cakes every day. I ate balanced and healthy foods, and I allowed myself to indulge in ice cream, chocolate, potato chips or other low-nutrient foods 1-3 times a week when I really wanted to. As far as physical activity is concerned, there is no need to put pressure on yourself to exercise 5-6 times a week, 3-4 times a week is quite enough, and remembering that the rest of the day should also be active.
I know what regular diets, fasts and cleanses are like and how they affect our physical and psychological health. That is why I am ready to share my knowledge and experience with you.
