    An individual 4-week sports program based on your physical capacity, state of health, current and past injuries, needs and goals, which will be updated every month
    The training program will be divided into separate days according to the body parts being trained
    Specific exercises with video links of exercise techniques

Caloric and macronutrient intake calculation and analysis

Volume and weight analysis

Duration of training
The duration of online training is 1 month. After this period, you will be able to continue online training.
