The data controller is Simona Šivickienė, working as a self-employed personal trainer in Vilnius, Lithuania. For any question about your data, write to trenere@simonacoaching.lt or call +37064820568.
What data is collected
When you get in touch
When you email, call, message via Facebook or Instagram, or fill in the introductory session form, I receive what you provide: your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell me about your goals or your health.
When you browse the site
The site uses Vercel Analytics, a visitor statistics tool that sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It collects aggregated data: pages visited, country, browser type and where you arrived from. This data cannot identify you.
Why it is processed
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a session time (lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- To build a training plan safely, if we start working together (performance of a contract).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest).
Who it is shared with
Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing. Technically, it is processed by these service providers:
- Vercel: website hosting and visitor statistics.
- Tally: the introductory session booking form.
- The email and social network providers you use to contact me.
How long it is kept
Correspondence and enquiries are kept for as long as we work together, or up to 2 years from our last contact if we never started. Health-related information is kept only while we are working together.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, restrict how it is processed, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to trenere@simonacoaching.lt.
If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
Cookies
This site uses no marketing or analytics cookies, which is why there is no cookie consent banner. Only the technically necessary data required for the site to work is used.
